The
Federation of Korean Microbiological Societies (FKMS) consisting of 5 societies
including
The Korean Society for Microbiology (KSMi), The Korean Society
of Virology (KSV),
The Korean Society of Mycology (KSMy), The Korean Society
for Microbiology and Biotechnology
(KMB) and The Microbiological Society
of Korea (MSK), has organized an annual meeting together.
The active academic interchanges
through FKMS has made a great contribution to scientific
development of
domestic microbiology and its industry in Korea.
